THE PCG CLEAN ENERGY & TECHNOLOGY FUND
The PCG Clean Energy & Technology Fund is a sector-focused commingled fund-of-funds and co-investment fund targeting the global clean energy and technology value chain. The investment objective of the Fund is to construct a portfolio of investments diversified by geography, stage, vintage year, structure and sub-sector. This investment thesis, based on PCG AM’s experience in the sector, was developed in order to mitigate risk and maximize the potential returns to the Fund’s investors.

OderSun designs and manufactures copper-indium-sulfur (“CIS”)-based thin-film, flexible solar cells and solar modules. OderSun’s process enables it to produce low cost solar cells that can be assembled into modules of virtually any size or any power, in flexible or glass packaging.
Range Fuels is a cellulosic ethanol producer that plans to utilize a biomass-based thermo-chemical conversion process to become the first firm to reach full scale commercial production of cellulosic ethanol.
