Ms. Nyker manages the direct investment portfolio on behalf of the PCG Clean Energy and Technology Fund and plays a key role in deal sourcing, diligence, and investment execution. Prior to joining PCG Asset Management, Ms. Nyker worked for Booz Allen Hamilton in London, where she focused on alternative energy and private equity related projects. A significant portion of her time was spent establishing an alternative energy fund for one of the leading national oil companies in the Middle East, for which she subsequently led multiple alternative energy investments, in addition to providing clean technology and renewable energy investment strategy advice to leading investment banks and oil companies. Before that, she worked in corporate finance at Lehman Brothers. She also spent five years with Brait Private Equity in South Africa where she was involved in direct investment management, due diligence, and investment evaluation. She has been involved in investment management since 1997 and has extensive knowledge in international investments, specifically in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Ms. Nyker received her Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Cape Town, South Africa and holds a Master of Business Administration from the London Business School, where she was a Merrill Lynch Scholar.
