
Mr. Odier manages the PCG AM Singapore office and is a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee and Investment Committee. He brings experience at all levels of the private equity value chain: fund investment, direct investment and entrepreneurship. Prior to joining PCG Asset Management, Jean-Noël was Director, Key Client Business Development at BNP Paribas Private Bank in Hong Kong, where he was in charge of developing the bank’s platform for family offices and ultra-high net-worth clients in Asia. Prior to that, Jean-Noël contributed to start Xytis Pharmaceuticals Ltd., a Swiss-based venture-backed company engaged in the in-licensing and development of drugs for central nervous system disorders. As the company’s CFO, he was instrumental in the successful merger of Xytis Pharma with a US-based drug discovery company in 2005. Previously, Mr. Odier had been VP and Investment Manager at US Trust Private Equity, where he focused on direct and fund investments, based out of New York and Palo Alto. Jean-Noël had joined US Trust from Lombard Odier in Switzerland, where he also had been involved in reviewing private equity fund and direct investments. Mr. Odier holds a Masters degree from Stanford Graduate School of Business, a Masters in International Relations from the Graduate Institute for International Studies in Geneva, Switzerland and a Diploma from the Political Institute of Lyon, France. He is also a CFA Charterholder and speaks English, French and Arabic.
